Ticketscene was disappointed to hear that Hockeyfest which was originally scheduled to occur June 1-3, 2012 has been postponed and will be rescheduled for a future date still to be determined. We will do our best to keep you informed as new details are released. Tickets for the postponed date will be honored at the new rescheduled date. All current ticket holders may use their original tickets purchased for admittance to the rescheduled date.
If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund via email for the face value of your tickets purchased through Ticketscene. Kindly provide us a reason why you are unable to attend a future date. Ticketscene believes in protecting and satisfying our customers while at the same time being fair to our event promoters.
Please note, as outlined during your ticket purchase, “All Service/Processing Fees are non-refundable even if an event is cancelled or postponed”. Ticketscene does not organize or manage events We simply facilitate transactions between the event promoters and the ticket buyers. Service fees are used to process transactions for your convenience and issue electronic refunds when required.

All refund requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to the start time of the NEW rescheduled event date (not 72 hours of this notice). Any refund requests received after that time will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued in the same manner in which the original ticket order was placed. Credit card orders will only be refunded to the credit card used to make the purchase.
Ticketscene is NOT affiliated with any of the local merchants and stores that were selling Hockeyfest tickets. Refunds through Ticketscene are only available to ticket buyers that purchased their tickets through Ticketscene's online service. Contact us
