How do I attend the event?

We are hosting Midnight Madness events at select stores. You can sign up through Ticketscene and choose your closest store https://www.chapters.indigo.ca/en-ca/events/listings#bts

Can I bring my friend with me?

Each person who gets a ticket through Ticketscene can bring one friend but they must chose this option when signing up. Your friends can also secure their own ticket through Ticketscene.

I’m underage, can I bring my parents?

Yes – one parent/guardian can attend with you.

If I’ve already pre-ordered to my house or a different store, what do I do?

After securing your spot at the event through Ticketscene (https://www.chapters.indigo.ca/en-ca/events/listings#bts), please cancel your current order and place a new order for pickup in the store you’d like to attend (https://www.chapters.indigo.ca/en-ca/house-and-home/brand/bts/).

I’ve already pre-ordered to pickup at a store who is hosting an event, do I have to reserve a ticket?

Yes, as spaces are limited you still need to secure your spot through Ticketscene and can pick up your preorder at the event

How many albums can I buy at the event?

If you’re planning to buy at the event there is a 1 unit/customer limit. There is no limit to how many you can buy if you pre-order, though orders placed after June 6 cannot be guaranteed to make it to stores in time for the event

Will both the Standard Edition and Compact Edition be available on site to purchase at the event?

Due to supply chain issues, we can only guarantee the Compact Edition on site to purchase the day of event. If you’d like to purchase the Standard Edition please make sure to pre-order.

I want to attend the event but my city/store shows no tickets left.

Unfortunately space is limited, but please stay tuned as we may release more tickets.

What will be happening at the events?

Events may vary by location but will include BTS music, Trivia, dance competition and giveaways.

Will other stores have albums in stock?

We hope to send stock to as many stores as possible but we anticipate it will be limited pre-release, so the best option to ensure your copy is to pre-order.

If I get a ticket to the event but can no longer attend can I send someone else in my place?

Tickets are not transferable. If you can’t attend, please contact Ticketscene at info@ticketscene.ca to cancel your ticket and free up the spot.

How long with the event last?

The event will start at 10 pm and will last until around 1230 am.

Are there any costs associated with the BTS Midnight Madness event?

This is a free event, but tickets must be reserved in advance and will be checked at the door.
