Join us for An Exploration of Art, Yoga, Life + Death, a unique collaboration curated by @tu.alternativeartscollective and @death.and.yoga. On October 23 from 6-7 p.m. at the John in Sadleir House. Des, a certified yoga guide and death doula, will guide a one-hour yoga practice designed to help us explore death acceptance through movement and mindfulness. The session will include an insightful discussion on how yoga supports our relationship with mortality, followed by a deeply reflective death meditation. The experience will be enhanced by artwork curated by TUAAC, offering visual inspiration as you connect with your body, mind and spirit. Join us after the practice to chat with the team and dive deeper into the art and themes of the evening.
