MTL Foodz Event Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket or participating in the MTL Foodz event on January 22, 2025, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket Purchase and Refund Policy

• All tickets must be purchased in advance. Tickets are non-refundable, but they may be transferable to another individual with prior notice (minimum 48 hours).

• The event will take place rain or shine; please dress accordingly for the weather.

2. Dietary Restrictions and Allergies

• The tour includes pre-selected food and beverage items at each location. While we aim to accommodate dietary restrictions, we cannot guarantee alternatives for all preferences or allergies.

• Participants are responsible for notifying the event organizer of any severe allergies at least 72 hours before the event.

3. Health and Safety

• Participants must comply with all local health and safety regulations, including any COVID-19 guidelines in effect at the time of the event.

• MTL Foodz reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior or appearing under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

4. Liability

• By attending the event, participants agree to assume all risks associated with the tour, including, but not limited to, injury, illness, or loss of personal belongings.

• MTL Foodz and its partners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages occurring during the event.

5. Age Restrictions

• The event is open to participants aged 18 and older. Alcoholic beverages will only be served to individuals who meet the legal drinking age in Quebec.

6. Photography and Media Release

• By participating, you consent to the use of photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes by MTL Foodz.

7. Changes and Cancellations

• MTL Foodz reserves the right to change or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including inclement weather or venue availability. In the event of cancellation, participants will be offered an alternative date or a refund.

8. Punctuality

• Participants are required to arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be accommodated, and no refunds will be provided for missed portions of the tour.
