Arkells is a Canadian rock band from Hamilton, Ontario, formed in 2006 and currently signed with Universal Music Canada. Known for their alternative and indie rock sound, the band took their name from Arkell Street in Hamilton, where they lived and rehearsed. The lineup includes Max Kerman (guitar), Mike DeAngelis (guitar), Nick Dika (bass), Anthony Carone (guitar), Tim Oxford (drums), and Dan Griffin (guitar). Over the years, Arkells have released multiple albums, including High Noon, Morning Report, Blink Once, and Blink Twice, featuring popular songs like You Can Get It, Leather Jacket, Past Life, and One Thing I Know. They are celebrated for energetic live performances, such as their annual Hamilton Rally and their first-ever holiday show, Sleigh The Night, at Niagara Falls' OLG Stage. With a strong fan base across Canada, Arkells have won six Juno Awards and remain a prominent force in Canadian rock music, sharing their work via Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and X.
