Hatha Yoga with Des
Experience a compassionate and gentle Hatha Yoga practice guided by Des, a Trauma-Informed Yoga Guide and Death Doula. Celebrating and honouring you, this supportive practice invites mindful movements, breathwork & meditation for restoration, and self-awareness.
Classes are the last Wednesday of the month (May 29th, June 26th, July 31st, August 28th)
6-7pm on the lawn at Sadleir House (or in The John if it rains)
Yoga mats are available for free. Everyone is welcome!
