- Tickets are non-refundable and not transferrable to another Glass Slipper Event. If you are no longer able to attend, you may gift them to a friend or family member. TicketScene is the only reputable place to purchase tickets, and we reserve the right to deny entry to the event if we feel that the tickets are fraudulent. In the event that we have to cancel this event, the client will receive a full refund, minus TicketScene fees.
