Here's a good winter meal Muskoka!  The members of the Huntsville Suzuki School of Music are ready to cook up another great Indian meal for you under the direction of music director and chef Philip. This time you have your choice of Chicken Tikka Masala or Vegan Tikka Masala, or Rogan Josh for your entrée.  Rogan Josh is one of Philip's specialties: a rich, red North Indian beef curry.  Chicken Tikka Masala is perhaps the world's favourite chicken dish, so popular it is sometimes called Britain's national dish!  Nice big chunks of chicken in a delicious sauce, no wonder it's so well loved.  If you are vegan you can substitute tofu for chicken with excellent results.  Side dishes this time are Masala Chana (spiced chickpeas), our famous Mixed Vegetable Curry (for which we comb the store aisles for the best-looking vegetables just before we cook!), Philip's signature Basmati rice (premium Basmati cooked with his secret spices),  Raita (spiced yogurt) and a good quality Naan (bread). We also include a packet of our House Chai Mix  to make your own cup of hot Indian tea.  

This meal is family friendly, cooked not too spicy for your enjoyment, though you can always add your own chilies or pickle to kick it up a notch. Portions are generous; many of our patrons say we give them enough to enjoy it another day! So warm up on a chilly late winter night, and support the Huntsville Suzuki School of Music.

Save on tickets and order by Monday, March 24.  After this tickets are still available but go up in price as we need to fix our shopping quantities well in advance of cooking 

Pick-up is on SUNDAY, March 30 (please note the day!).  This gives us a whole weekend to cook for you and allows more of our members to assist in the preparation.  Time of pickup: 5:00 and 6:30pm.  Pickup location: the Active Living Centre, Huntsville, located in the rear of the Canada Summit Centre. We are cooking and packing right up to the last minute, so please arrive no earlier than 5:00pm.

This fundraiser supports the Huntsville Suzuki School of Music.  For over 30 years the Huntsville Suzuki School has provided quality music lessons and concerts for our community.
