FAQ:
Q: What is happening? 
A: We are opening select stores so that fans can be the first to get their hands on Suzanne Collins’ Sunrise on the Reaping at midnight (local time). The event will also include themed activities like a costume contest, giveaways, and more! 

Q: How do I attend? 
A: You MUST purchase a ticket on Ticketscene. Tickets include access to the event, and 1 copy of Sunrise on the Reaping (Indigo Exclusive Edition) 9781546188605. 

Q: Can I bring my friend with me? 
A: Each person who attends must have their own Ticketscene ticket. 

Q: I’m underage, can I bring my parents? 
A: Yes – one parent/guardian can attend with you.

Q: If I’ve already pre-ordered the book to ship to my house or a different store, what do I do? 
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to adjust pre-orders. You should cancel your existing pre-order and purchase a ticket on Ticketscene to guarantee a copy of Sunrise on the Reaping (Indigo Exclusive Edition) 9781546188605 for pickup at the Midnight Release host store of your choice. 

Q: I’ve already pre-ordered to pick up at one of the host stores, do I have to reserve a ticket? 
A: Yes, as spaces are limited you still need to secure your spot through Ticketscene. You should cancel your existing pre-order and purchase a ticket to guarantee a copy of Sunrise on the Reaping (Indigo Exclusive Edition) 9781546188605 for pickup at the Midnight Release host store of your choice. 

Q: How many books can I buy at the event? 
A: There is no limit to how many books you can purchase. 

Q: When can I get my copy of Sunrise at the Reaping during the event? 
A: You can get your copy at midnight local time. 

Q: I want to attend but the sign-up says there are no tickets left. 
A: Unfortunately, space is limited due to capacity limits. Please join us online or in-store during regular opening hours to purchase your book from March 18 onwards! 

Q: If I get a ticket but can no longer attend, can I send someone else in my place?  
A: Tickets are not transferable.  If you can’t attend, please contact Ticketscene at info@ticketscene.ca to cancel your ticket and free up the spot. 

Q:How long with the store stay open? 
A: The event will start at 10pm and will last until approximately 12:15am. 

Q: Are there any costs associated with the event? 
A: Each ticket costs $44.99 and includes access to the event, exclusive swag, and a copy of Sunrise on the Reaping (Indigo Exclusive Edition) 9781546188605 and exclusive swag.
