Discover the beauty of plant propagation in this hands-on workshop led by My First ABC Book of Houseplants author and illustrator, Priscille Joseph. Hosted in partnership with Indigo, this engaging session invites children and families to learn how to propagate the beloved lavender plant.
Participants will explore the science behind propagation, dive into different horticultural growing mediums, and uncover the many benefits of lavender, from its calming properties to its role in pollinator gardens. We'll also learn the basics of plant biology and what makes lavender unique, including its structure and growth patterns.
To complete the experience, each participant will decorate their own planter and take home a propagated lavender cutting to continue caring for at home.
Cutoff is Sunday, July 6, 2025 9:49 am EDT unless it sells out earlier.
