What: Your $10 ticket entitles you + 1 child to a 45-minute experience featuring:

  • A photo op* with Santa
  • Cozy group story time with Santa
  • Photo ops* and high-fives with our mascot, Geoffrey
  • Free play at the ALEX Toys colouring station and Crazy Forts play area
  • FREE future PlayLab visit voucher
  • $5 off $25 purchase coupon (Conditions apply)
    * Using your device, so the pics are all yours!

Important notes:

  • One child per ticket. One free adult per child.
  • Maximum 26 children per session.
  • Each child will receive one photo op with Santa. One photo per ticket. If you would like more then one photo ( eg, individual photo and group photo) an additional ticket will be required. A Toys'R'US employee will be onsite to help with photos.
  • Event check-in begins 10 minutes prior to your scheduled 45-minute timeslot.
  • Tickets are valid for a specific location and timeslot only.
  • All ticket sales are final. Any missed appointments are forfeit.
