All sales are final. Unless show is cancelled or postponed, no refunds will be issued.

Lineup, date, venue, times and ticket price subject to change without notice.

Any tickets purchased by suspected resellers are subject to cancellation without refund.

This Release of Liability by the undersigned attendee (the "Attendee") in favour of KPP Concerts, its owners, employees, agents, representatives, affiliates, contractors, sponsors, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Promoter").

1. Acknowledgment of Risk
The Attendee acknowledges that attending a live music concert (the “Event”) may involve certain risks, including but not limited to, exposure to loud sounds, large crowds, strobe lighting, physical activity, potential injury, or property damage. The Attendee assumes full responsibility for all such risks, whether foreseen or unforeseen, and voluntarily chooses to attend the Event.

2. Release and Waiver
In consideration of being permitted to attend the Event, the Attendee hereby fully releases and forever discharges the Promoter from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property that may arise out of or in connection with attendance at the Event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. Indemnification
The Attendee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Promoter from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to the Attendee’s participation in the Event.

4. Health and Safety Compliance
The Attendee agrees to comply with all health, safety, and security protocols established by the Promoter and any applicable local authorities, including protocols related to COVID-19 or other public health concerns.

5. Video/Audio Recording
By entering the Event venue, the Attendee is entering a space where photography, audio, and video recording may take place. The Attendee’s entry and presence at the event constitutes their consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of their appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with the Promoter.
