Kitchener-Waterloo Chamber Orchestra 2024-2025 Season

Welcome to the 2024-2025 Season of the Kitchener-Waterloo Chamber Orchestra! Forty years of making music for you and our community is indeed a milestone to be celebrated! Special soloists along with the likes of Bach, Beethoven, Tchaikovsky, and Mozart bring a festive touch to this musical achievement. A season's ticket with us is a year long party celebrating 40 years of 'treasuring the local' and showcasing wonderful music in the beautiful sanctuary of Knox Presbyterian Church. Concerts this Season:

Music of Thanks - October 6, 2024 - 3:00pm: Join us as we open the season by thanking some of our special donors with the music of Hummel, Haydn, Vivaldi and Kodaly!

Nutcracker - November 24, 2024 - 3:00pm: Dance into the holiday season as we present this holiday classic with our friends from Carousel Dance Centre!

Refreshment of the Soul - February 9, 2025 - 3:00pm: Let the KWCO soothe your soul with the virtuosic Bach Harpsichord Concerto in E Major and the incredible Brandenburg Concerto No. 5!

Concert of Concertos - April 13, 2025 - 3:00pm: We celebrate the talented young winners of our annual concerto competition and keep the party going with Beethoven’s Symphony No. 7!

Forty Years in the City - May 25, 2025 - 3:00pm: Let’s celebrate our 40th! Mozart's mighty Symphony No. 40 is paired with violinist Jung Tsai's performance of Beethoven's Romance for Violin and Orchestra, Op. 40.
