Waterloo Memorial Recreation Complex (WMRC) is a premier multi-purpose recreation facility located at 101 Father David Bauer Drive in Waterloo, Ontario, just west of Uptown. Open daily from early morning to late evening, the complex serves as a central hub for sports, fitness, and community events. Opened in 1993 and owned by the City of Waterloo, WMRC features a 4,400-seat arena that is home to the Waterloo Siskins and hosts hockey games, tournaments, and large-scale events throughout the year. In addition to its main rink, the facility includes an indoor pool, walking and running track, gymnasium spaces including a basketball court, and versatile meeting and program rooms. The complex also houses the Community Pavilion, which offers dedicated programs and social opportunities for adults and seniors.
