Die Mannequin was a Canadian alternative rock band formed in Toronto in 2005 by vocalist and guitarist Care Failure (born Caroline Slezak Kawa). Die Mannequin became a staple of Canada's underground rock scene, noted for Care Failure's commanding stage presence and fearless attitude, which drew comparisons to Courtney Love and Brody Dalle. The band shared stages with major acts such as Marilyn Manson, Guns N' Roses, and Buckcherry, earning a dedicated following for their intense live shows and rebellious spirit.
