Eclipse Glow Flow - Yoga with Live DJ

Harness the energy of the full eclipse during a 60 minute yoga practice led by Jo Castles with live DJ Mat Almeida. This will be the second time Jo & Mat collaborate for a glow flow practice in Kingston! Jo Castles has been teaching yoga in Kingston and the community since 2016 with extensive training in various styles of yoga. Her classes are accessible, fun and challenging, focusing on breath awareness and sensation exploration. Mat Almeida is an electronic music producer and DJ known for his innovative blend of deep/minimal house and techno. With a strong passion for self-expression in art, Mat values integrity and vulnerability in his work, constantly pushing the boundaries of his craft and never limiting himself to one genre. Together they are bringing a unqiue movement and musical experience to you!

Black lights will be set up around the space so wear your favourite glow in the dark clothes! Glow bracelets will also be provided for all!

Come early and enjoy complimentary tea from TULA cafe to get energized for your practice. 

TIMING:

Doors open at 7pm, practice will begin at 7:30pm sharp. Doors will lock at 7:25pm so please arrive on time. 

PLEASE BRING WITH YOU:

Yoga mat is a must (rentals are not available). Water bottle, fill station available. Optional to bring any props, like blocks or blankets.

Located at Broom Factory Kingston, 305 Rideau St. Limited parking available on site off Rideau St. entrance. Additional parking available at the Woolen Mill, just steps away, or along various side streets.
