At a remote Alpine radio facility nestled in the heart of the paranoid 1950s, Jesse, the base’s sole inhabitant, receives an unexpected visitor: the defector, “Dr. S.” As a monstrous world event unfolds over the radio, the duo must overcome suspicion, helplessness, and invisible machinations in order to discover the atomic secrets supposedly hidden somewhere on the base by none other than Robert J. Oppenheimer in this one act comedy.
