Event Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Ticket Policy
All ticket sales are final.
No refunds or exchanges will be provided except if the event is cancelled.
If the event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled performance, refund options, if any, will be communicated at that time.
Admission
Every attendee must possess a valid ticket for entry.
Tickets may be presented in printed or electronic format.
The event organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual whose behaviour is disruptive, abusive, intoxicated, or poses a safety risk. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.
Event Schedule
Doors open approximately one hour before the performance.
The performance will begin as scheduled. Late arrivals may be admitted at an appropriate break in the performance at the discretion of event staff.
Photography and Recording
Casual photography is permitted.
Professional cameras, audio recording, video recording, live streaming, flash photography, selfie sticks, or recording devices intended for commercial use are prohibited without prior written authorization from Lochaber Productions.
Portions of the event may be photographed or recorded by the organizers for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image in photographs or video recordings without compensation.
Seating
Ticket holders must occupy the seat(s) indicated on their ticket if reserved seating is in effect.
Event staff reserve the right to relocate patrons to comparable seating if operationally necessary.
Accessibility
Accessible seating is available. Patrons requiring accessible seating or accommodations are encouraged to contact the venue in advance.
Liability
Attendees assume all risks associated with attending a live performance.
Lochaber Productions, the venue, sponsors, and partners shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property, or for personal injury except where required by applicable law.
Changes
The event lineup, running order, special effects, performers, start times, or production elements may change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
Personal Conduct
Respectful behaviour toward performers, staff, volunteers, and fellow guests is expected at all times.
Any conduct that interferes with the enjoyment or safety of others may result in removal from the venue without refund.
