Are food and drinks included, or are they available for purchase?
Food and drinks are not included. Drinks can be purchased at the bar, but there is no food for sale.
What is the minimum age required for entry into the event?
To gain entry onto the boat, you need to be 18 years old or above and carry a valid identification document.
Can I bring outside food or snacks on board?
Bringing outside food or drinks on board is prohibited.
Is a refund offered in the event of rain?
No matter the weather conditions, the event will proceed as planned as our boat has both a covered section and an outdoor deck.
Is there any parking available?
There are plenty of paid parking in the area
What payment methods are accepted at the bar?
Our bar accepts credit and debit card payments. Cash is not accepted.
Sales Policy
Please note that all ticket sales are final. No exchanges, transfers, or refunds are allowed after purchase.
Identification
Government-issued photo identification is required to gain entry to any of our events. The name on the ID must match the name on the ticket. Attendees must be 18 years of age or older.
Liability Waiver
By purchasing a ticket, you agree that Oceanic Entertainment Inc. and all associated parties will not be held liable for any claims, losses, damages to personal belongings, or injuries incurred during the event. The purchase of tickets and participation in the event does not indicate that the promoter assumes any responsibility, liability, or control over the event.
Fireworks
Some events may feature a fireworks display, subject to the city's discretion and not guaranteed. Oceanic Entertainment Inc has no control over these displays and is not responsible for any cancellations. If a fireworks show is confirmed, the captain will do his best to cruise through the designated route.
Purchase Policy
Oceanic Entertainment Inc. will notify ticket holders of any event changes via email. If an event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, we may reschedule or offer credit for future events, at our discretion. In the event of unexpected mechanical issues with the boat at the time of boarding, the event may be held dockside for safety reasons, and refunds will not be provided. All decisions regarding refunds and event modifications are final.

The images of the boat used in promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only. For accurate information, please refer to the venue's address and website.
Indemnification
By purchasing tickets, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event promoter, its officers, owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with the event. You also release the event promoter and its entities from any claims, whether known or unknown.
Severability
If any clause, aspect, part, or provision of this Purchase Policy is found to be null, void, illegal, or otherwise unenforceable, the rest of this Purchase Policy remains in full binding effect, and the unenforceable provision(s) shall be deemed modified to the limited extent required to permit the enforcement of said clause that required modification and of the agreement as a whole.
Photography
Photographs taken during the event may be used for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to have your picture taken, please inform the event photographer.
Entry Policy
Intoxicated individuals will be denied entry for the safety and enjoyment of all participants. No refunds will be issued for refused entry. We advise purchasing tickets with this policy in mind.
Cutoff is Saturday, October 31, 2026 6:29 pm EDT unless it sells out earlier.
