The road to NEW SummerCade 2027 officially begins at the NEW Republic Rumble!
New Evolution Wrestling returns to the CLB Armoury on Saturday, January 23rd, for one of the biggest nights of the year!
The Republic Rumble is where ANY NEW star has the opportunity to enter the match, outlast the competition, and earn themselves a spot in the main event of NEW SummerCade 2027, with a chance to capture the most prestigious prize in all of Newfoundland wrestling, the NEW Heavyweight Championship!
But the Republic Rumble is about much more than just one match. There's plenty of unfinished business heading into 2027!
At NEW Haunted Havok, fans believed they had witnessed Dick Daniels defeat Psycho Mitch to become the NEW Heavyweight Champion. However, the decision was overturned by official referee J. Crummy after NEW referee Justin Crickard made the three-count despite not being the assigned official for the match.
With the controversial decision still fresh in everyone's minds, what happens next between Psycho Mitch and Dick Daniels?
Meanwhile, Justin Lock is BACK! Looking better than ever, Lock has returned with unfinished business of his own, and his sights are firmly set on Swayde Dyami. Could these two finally settle their differences at the Republic Rumble?
And what about Aziz and Brady Felix?
Following their shocking actions at NEW Haunted Havok, which left Jeremiah Jayven seriously injured, questions continue to surround both men. Will we finally hear from them? What exactly are their intentions heading into 2027?
One thing is certain: there's a lot of unfinished business in New Evolution Wrestling, and the Republic Rumble could change everything!
Whether you're a longtime wrestling fan or attending your very first NEW event, expect an exciting night of hard-hitting professional wrestling, surprises, and unforgettable moments!
