A delightul evening pairing whiskey samples with a locally-inspired meal, presented by Stephanie Price, Certified Single Malt Ambassador. Every guest will recieve a Glencairn whiskey tasting glass. There will be a silent auction and cash bar. 19+ event. No ATM, please bring cash. Scottish attire encouraged, but not required.
Your host:
Stephanie Price who, having a passion for detail, has created a true Scottish experience offering fine Scottish gastro fare and over 1,000 whiskies at the Dam Pub. Stephanie attended the Bruichladdich Whisky Academy on Islay September 2009. It was here she made whisky with one of her mentors, the amazing Jim McEwen, returning home as our very own Certified Single Malt Ambassador.
The Official Glencairn Crystal Whisky Tasting Glass:
It has been developed in conjunction with the whisky industry, and has become the official Scotch whisky glass, found in distilleries and bars across the land.Its tapered mouth allows for ease of drinking, and also captures the aromas, whilst the wide bowl allows for full appreciation of the whisky's colour.
