RockinWheel Festival – Ticket Terms & Conditions of Entry (Ontario, Canada)
By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the RockinWheel Festival grounds, all attendees agree to the following legally binding Terms and Conditions:
All Sales Final
All ticket purchases are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except where required by applicable law. The event will proceed rain or shine.
Assumption of Risk
Attendance at an outdoor live music event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to crowd movement, uneven terrain, weather conditions, loud sound levels, lighting effects, and interaction with other attendees. By entering the festival grounds, each attendee voluntarily assumes all such risks and accepts full personal responsibility for any injury, loss, damage, or expense that may occur.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Province of Ontario, attendees release and hold harmless RockinWheel Festival, its organizers, sponsors, partners, venue operators, staff, volunteers, contractors, performers, vendors, and affiliated representatives from any liability for personal injury, illness, death, property damage, theft, or loss sustained before, during, or after the event.
Security Screening
All persons and permitted personal items entering the festival grounds are subject to search. Entry may be denied to anyone refusing inspection.
Prohibited Items
The following items are not permitted inside the festival grounds:
• Umbrellas
• Backpacks
• Large bags
• Outside food or beverages
Small purses and personal bags are permitted but subject to inspection at entry.
Seating
Lawn chairs are permitted in designated areas only.
No Re-Entry
Re-entry is not permitted once a ticket has been scanned for admission.
Photography, Video & Media Release
By entering the event site, attendees grant RockinWheel Festival and its authorized representatives the irrevocable right to photograph, record, film, or otherwise capture their likeness and voice. Attendees consent to the use of such material for promotional, marketing, advertising, archival, or commercial purposes in any media format now known or later developed, without compensation or additional notice.
Right to Refuse Entry or Removal
RockinWheel Festival reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person at its sole discretion for unsafe, disruptive, illegal, or inappropriate conduct, including intoxication. Removal from the premises will not result in a refund.
Event Changes
Event schedule, lineup, policies, and site operations are subject to change without notice. Such changes do not constitute grounds for refund.
Compliance with Laws
All attendees must comply with applicable municipal bylaws, provincial regulations, and federal laws while attending the festival.
By entering the festival grounds, attendees acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
