Event Terms and Conditions Event will run rain or shine (no rain date). All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. No pets are allowed on the fairgrounds. Registered service animals with proper documentation are permitted. Bags will be checked upon entrance at the gates. No outside alcohol permitted.
